We offer free UK shipping for all orders exceeding £100.00. For all orders under £100.00, the shipping fees are as follows:

All orders have a 12pm cut off-time. If you orders are placed after this time, then please allocate the next working day as the day we will process this order, therefore the day after that is “day 1” of the delivery countdown.
We understand that sometimes you may wish to change, modify or rectify your order, so we want to make it as easy as possible for you and give you 24 hours to contact us to advise us of any changes and/or issues. Please include your order reference number with any email enquiries.

Unfortunately, same-day delivery is not a service we can offer. However, there is often the possibility of a same-day collection, but please contact us in advance of placing any orders, to check both stock availability and our workload for the day. Full delivery information can be found here.
Returns Policy
Customised, perishable or bespoke items cannot be returned unless faulty or your instructions have not been followed. Refunds will be made against the original form of tender. All underwear and PPE is non-returnable if removed from packaging and/or worn.
For sales to businesses, goods may only be returned if faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Returns Instructions
Contact us for a returns form. Complete the Returns Form indicating whether you would like a refund or exchange. Package the merchandise to prevent damage, enclosing the Returns Form. Send the merchandise using registered post or other secure method of delivery, retaining the receipt until you have received credit for your return. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery.
Please note that the return costs are not pre-paid. Postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. In cases where we do refund return postage, we will only refund the cost of standard Royal Mail registered post. If you choose to use any enhanced return option, such as Special Delivery, this will be at your expense. Returns are sent at your risk.

SINGLE COLOUR PRINTS
If you have just text-only documents for your print requirements, then please upload this as normal, however we may ask you for any font/typeface details. This is for our benefit should be want to input the design into our system as a raw base to work from, giving you maximum cut quality.
FULL COLOUR PRINTS
Please send us files with the highest quality possible (150dpi and above, with a minimum of 1000px along the shortest edge, where possible). Please send full colour artwork in CMYK format.
ACCEPTED FILE FORMATS
We work with may files, however the most common are: PSD, PDF, .AI, .EPS, JPG, PNG

Design & Artwork
We are a highly automated execution-only printer. This means that we will print your files as submitted without checking onto the shirts you have chosen. You are responsible for ensuring images are of sufficiently high resolution to obtain the results you are expecting, and that the garments and colours of garments chosen will meet your needs. There is further guidance in the FAQ to help you obtain high-quality results.
You warrant that your own the copyright or have the correct commercial print licences in place for all images and or artwork uploaded or otherwise submitted through any sales channel.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us and our agents and officers, directors, employees and permitted successors and assigns, immediately on demand, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses including legal fees, arising as a result of us printing or processing in any way any order or saved design which contains any images or artwork that you do not have the commercial rights, permissions or licences to print.
Custom Design:
You agree that Tee Prints Studio own and reserve all rights to any design work we carry out, such as (but not limited to): Logos, Social Media Banners, Marketing Material, Print Work, etc, and cannot be reproduced by any other printing company without written permission from Tee Prints Studio, unless this service has been specifically paid for, or contractually agreed otherwise as an addition to another service we may provide.
Design work (including any company logos incorporated within the said design) undertaken by Tee Prints Studio will be used for marketing and advertising purposes where required, without prior permission.
Tee Prints Studio are under no obligation to send you high resolution copies of any design work we carry out, and all designs and/or logos will be sent to you in a low resolution format and/or with watermarking.
